Welcome to my photography world, where culture comes to life through the lens. I'm Ataria-Jay Tahapeehi, a 17-year-old cultural photographer on a mission to capture the beauty and essence of the Māori people.

Since January, I've been on an incredible journey, traveling with my kaumaatua to Poukai and Waitangi, immersing myself in the rich traditions and stories of our ancestors.
